90-Minute Personal Posture Session

This is a one-on-one session for people who feel tension, stiffness, or collapse in the neck, shoulders, or upper back — even if they already practice yoga.

This is not a class. This is not a flow. This is a focused, personal session designed to help your body reorganize itself.


Who this session is for

This session may be right for you if:

  • Your shoulders round forward without you realizing

  • Your neck or upper back feels tight by the end of the day

  • Stretching helps temporarily, but tension keeps returning

  • Yoga cues make sense, but your posture doesn’t change

  • You want personal correction instead of general advice

You do not need to be flexible. You do not need yoga experience.


What we work on

During this 90-minute session, we focus on your body, not a generic posture model.

Depending on your needs, this may include:

  • Observing how your head, ribs, and shoulders relate

  • Understanding why your shoulders feel the way they do

  • Simple positional changes that reduce unnecessary tension

  • Breath awareness to support the upper body

  • Clear, maintainable corrections you can practice on your own

The goal is not to “fix” you — It’s to help your body feel more supported and less strained.
