
This is a one-on-one session for people who feel tension, stiffness, or collapse in the neck, shoulders, or upper back — even if they already practice yoga.
This is not a class. This is not a flow. This is a focused, personal session designed to help your body reorganize itself.

During this 90-minute session, we focus on your body, not a generic posture model.
Depending on your needs, this may include:
Observing how your head, ribs, and shoulders relate
Understanding why your shoulders feel the way they do
Simple positional changes that reduce unnecessary tension
Breath awareness to support the upper body
Clear, maintainable corrections you can practice on your own
The goal is not to “fix” you — It’s to help your body feel more supported and less strained.
Most classes don’t have the time to look closely.
