Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) Workshop

Surya Namaskar is an ancient practice designed to balance and strengthen both body and mind. This full-body exercise targets bones and muscles, and by focusing on our breath during the poses, we rejuvenate the mind as well.

The main goal of this workshop is to help you achieve the right posture in every pose of Surya Namaskar, along with mastering the breath pattern. To ensure quality instruction and close attention to each participant's body posture, I will only be taking 15 students. Hurry and enroll now as seats are limited!

We will begin the workshop with invigorating breathing exercises and a comprehensive warm-up. Following this, we will delve into the practice of Surya Namaskar, precisely exploring each pose one at a time, mastering the techniques, and synchronizing our breath with each movement. The workshop will conclude in a deeply relaxing guided savasana or meditation, leaving you rejuvenated and balanced.
