This program is designed to teach you how your body should practice yoga—so you no longer have to guess, copy, or rely on constant instruction.

Session 1: Body & Posture Assessment

Sessions 2–5: Personalized Skill Building

  • Individualized alignment corrections

  • Breath–movement coordination

  • Refining transitions and foundational poses

  • Learning how to feel when something is right—or not

Session 6: Independence & Integration

  • Review and refine your practice

  • Learn how to adjust yourself confidently

  • Finalize your personal lesson plan
