After years of dedicated yoga practice, I still felt like something was missing. It wasn’t until I became a teacher that I discovered the subtle, powerful tools that truly transform a yoga practice—like the way a small adjustment, a mindful breath, or a shift in awareness can bring deep alignment and real change.
